Mr. Boehnke has been the principal of Big Sky Management Ltd., a private company providing corporate finance services to private and public companies since 1999. Over a 25 year career, Mr. Boehnke has been an officer and director of a number public companies, assisting in financing, mergers and acqusitions. Holding various executive roles, Mr. Boehnke has demonstrated team management skills while successfully advancing multiple projects at the same time. As a seasoned entrepreneur he has built an extensive network with a focus on capital markets.
Over his career, Mr. Boehnke has raised funding for diverse organizations, cementing strong relationships with a global network of investors and financial institutions across North America and Europe. Mr. Boehnke’s communication and networking abilities have proven instrumental in driving growth and success.
Mr. Boehnke graduated from the University of Toronto in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science.

Adrian Towning, one of the investment team of Merchant Corp, has been an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of England since 1967 and has over 50 years of extensive business, investment banking, FinTech and real estate experience.
Over the course of his business life he has been responsible for providing business consultancy services to internationally based high net worth individuals and companies looking to raise capital, go public or expand the sphere of their business activities. Adrian is a Permanent Resident of the Bahamas and is approved by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas as an investment manager.
